In summer, we rent by the week from Saturday at 3:00 p.m. with checkout the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Other seasons there is a three-night minimum. Vermont requires that we add 9% room and meals tax. We also ask for a $250 refundable damage deposit and a cleaning fee for fewer than 4-night rentals. Our rates are:
Lake Cabin- $2,200 per week (weekly rentals only during summer)
Off season: $300 per night (3 night minimum) or $1,900 per week
Nature Cabin - $1,500 per week (weekly rentals only during summer)
Off season: $200 per night (3 night minimum) or $1,250 per week
Estate Home - $5,000 per week summer (weekly rentals preferred)
Christmas: $4,800 per week or $700 per night (3 night min)
Off season: $575 per night (3 night min) or $4,000 per week
